1. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)

RatioMax is an AI-powered facial analysis tool designed for entertainment and informational purposes only.

• Not Medical Advice: The results, scores, or suggestions provided by the app do not constitute medical, dermatological, or psychological advice.
• AI Limitations: The analysis is performed by Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI predictions may not always reflect subjective human perception or scientific precision. Do not take the results as absolute facts.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: RatioMax offers "Pro" subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings. We cannot refund payments directly; refunds are managed by Apple.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to upload photos of others without their consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the images you upload. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the system or API.

4. Limitation of Liability

RatioMax and its developers are not responsible for any personal decisions, actions, or feelings resulting from the use of our analysis features. You use the app at your own risk.
